How to connect to my customer area?

• Are you already a TETRADIS customer and have usename and password ?

Fill in your username and password by clicking on the "Account" at the top right of the window. 

 

• Are you already a TETRADIS customer but you don't have username and password ? 

In the "Account" tab, fill in your mail. If it's recognized by TETRADIS, simply create your password to access your account. 

 

• Aren't you a TETRADIS customer ?

In the "Account" tab, fill in requested informations including your mail, your company name, address, postcode and city. Then, create your password to access your account. 

 

 

What are the steps to follow to open a client account TETRADIS ?

Fill in the requested informations on the page "Open a customer account" (URL link to the page open a customer account). Then, our Accounting department will contact you to validate your account opening and to obtain your bank details. 

Or download, print and complete the "Account Opening Request" document. Then, send us signed and accompanied by a bank details and header.

ORDERS

How can I order products ?

Select the desired products and quantities, and add them to your cart.

Then, send your basket. It will be processed as soon as possible by our sales department.

I lost an administrative document about an order, how to find it?

Simply in your personal account, on which you find all of your administrative documents related to your order.

I have a problem with a product of my order, how can I do?

If the problem falls within the warranty conditions, you can return your product with the return slip (URL link to the return document) to complete.

Our sales department will process your request.

Do you deliver outside France ?

Yes, TETRADIS distributes internationally.

What are your delivery times ?

From 24 to 48h for the material in stock and for a delivery in metropolitan France. 

Which transporter do you work with ?

Simple parcel France and International < 30 kg : CHRONOPOST, delivery D+1

Multi parcels + < 3 pallets France : FRANCE EXPRESS, delivery D+1

International + charters + stroke : according to request

Is it possible to remove merchandises in your premises ?

Yes, upon prior request and during the opening hours of the company.

What are the opening hours of the company ?

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
